Terms of service
These terms apply when you buy from Eonati. Buying the product means you accept them. They are written to be read, not to hide anything.
What you are buying
A digital download, priced at $29. It contains a wedding budget spreadsheet, a 50-page Wedding Budget Playbook, and a short start-here note, delivered as a single zip file. Nothing is shipped. Everything arrives by email immediately after payment and stays available in your account.
The spreadsheet works in Google Sheets, Excel and Numbers. There is no subscription and no recurring charge.
What you may do with it
You get a personal licence to use the files for your own wedding, and to make your own copies and edits for that purpose. Share it with your partner, your family or anyone helping you plan.
What you may not do with it
- Resell, sublicense or redistribute the files, free or paid.
- Publish them for download, or share them publicly online.
- Use them as the basis of a competing product or template for sale.
- Remove or alter the ownership notices inside the files.
We keep the copyright in the spreadsheet and the playbook. Using them commercially — for example inside a wedding planning service you sell — needs our written permission first, and we are usually happy to talk about it.
Refunds
If the product does not work as described, you have 30 days to ask for a full refund. Our refund policy sets out the detail. Email us before requesting anything through your bank — most problems turn out to be a two-minute fix, and we would rather solve it than take your money for something you cannot use.
Payment and pricing
Prices are shown in US dollars and may change at any time. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay. Any applicable tax is shown before you confirm. If a price is displayed in error we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than hold you to an obvious mistake.
Delivery and access
Your download link is emailed to the address you enter at checkout, so please make sure it is correct. If it does not arrive, check spam first, then email us and we will send it again. We aim to keep your files available in your account indefinitely, but we recommend saving your own copy once you download it.

Support
Support is by email. We read every message and usually answer the same day. We will help you set the spreadsheet up and troubleshoot anything that is not behaving. We cannot build custom versions or take on your planning for you.
No financial advice
The spreadsheet and the playbook are planning tools. They do not constitute financial, legal or tax advice, and the figures and sample budgets in them are illustrations rather than recommendations. Decisions about what to spend on your wedding remain yours.
Accuracy of the site
We work to keep everything here accurate and current, but we do not guarantee that every description, figure or example is free of error. If you spot something wrong, tell us and we will correct it.
Limitation of liability
The product is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to the product or this site is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including budgeting decisions made using the spreadsheet. Nothing here removes rights you have under consumer law that cannot be waived.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to interfere with the site, gain access to accounts or systems that are not yours, or use the store for anything unlawful. We may refuse or cancel an order, or withdraw access, where we reasonably believe these terms have been broken.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version published here at the time of your purchase is the version that applies to that purchase.
