Privacy policy
Eonati sells a single digital download. We keep the amount of personal information we collect to what is genuinely needed to take your payment, deliver your files and answer your questions. This page explains what that is.
What we collect
- Your email address, so we can send your order and your download link.
- Your name and billing details, where our payment processor requires them.
- Order information — what you bought, when, and the amount paid — kept as our record of the sale.
- Basic technical information about your visit, such as device type, browser and the pages you viewed.
- Anything you choose to tell us when you email us.
We never see or store your full card number. Card details go directly to our payment processor.
How we use it
- To take payment and deliver your download.
- To send order confirmations and, if needed, information about your purchase.
- To answer support questions and handle refund requests.
- To check orders for fraud.
- To understand which pages people find useful, so we can improve the site.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.
Payments
Payments are processed by our payment provider, who handles your card details under their own privacy terms and the card industry security standards. We receive confirmation that a payment succeeded, along with the billing information needed to keep a record of the sale.
Order emails are transactional — they are part of the purchase and are sent to every buyer. If you join our email list, that is separate and optional, and you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any of those emails. Unsubscribing does not stop order emails, because you need those to reach your download.
Cookies and analytics
We use a small number of cookies to keep the site working — remembering your cart and your cookie choice, for example. Analytics and advertising cookies only run after you accept them. You can change your choice at any time using the “Manage cookies” link in the footer. Our cookie policy has the detail.
Who we share information with
Only the service providers who make the store run: our payment processor, our email sending provider, our hosting and ecommerce platform, and our analytics provider. Each receives only what it needs to do its job. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Depending on where you live you may also have the right to opt out of certain sharing or targeted advertising. Email us at info@eonati.com and we will respond. We will not treat you differently for exercising any of these rights.
One limit worth stating plainly: if you ask us to delete your order record, we may no longer be able to restore your download or process a refund.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as we need them for accounting, tax and refund purposes, then delete them. Support emails are kept while they are useful for helping you.
Children
This store is not intended for children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we will remove it.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle information, we will update this page. Continuing to use the store after a change means you accept the updated policy.
