Because these are files you download instantly, we can’t take them back. The moment your order goes through, the spreadsheet and the playbook are yours — there is no way for us to un-send them. So all sales are final.

That’s the honest version of how digital products work, and we’d rather say it plainly here than bury it somewhere you only find afterwards. Everything that’s in the file is described on this site before you buy, and if you’re not sure whether it’s right for you, ask us first. We’ll tell you honestly.

If anything isn’t working — the download link won’t open, the email never arrived, a tab is behaving strangely, or you simply can’t work out where to start — email us before you do anything else. We answer every single message, usually the same day.

We’d far rather fix it than have you unhappy. Most issues take about a minute to solve, and nearly all of them turn out to be something small: a file opened in preview instead of copied, an email in a spam folder, a question about which cell to type in. None of that is worth you sitting there frustrated at something you paid for.
